Checkout: Once you’ve finalized everything you want to buy, simply click checkout and the site will prompt you to fill in all the information it needs to complete your shopping experience. Your products will be delivered to your indicated address in 1 to 3_ weeks.

  • Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
    A customer account is not required for placing an order. However, register with us and you will be able to track your orders, review past purchases, add items you love to your wish list and save your address.

  • How do I create an account?
    Click on the account icon on top right corner for create a customer account.

  • How do I reset my password?
    If you‘ve forgotten your password, request a link to reset it or follow the ‘Forgotten password’ instructions on the ‘Sign In’ page.

  • How do I change my password?
    Log in by selecting account icon on the upper right hand corner. Select Account from the menu. Under Account Information select Change Password.

  • How can I change or cancel an order?
    We are unable to make additions, changes, or cancellations to an order once it’s been placed. Please check the product page for the item you are purchasing to see if the brand offers returns. In this case, please contact the brand directly on the contact information provided to initiate a request.

  • Does ship internationally?
    We currently ship to India only, however for international shipping please contact the brands directly to make arrangements.

  • Is my personal information kept private?
    Please be assured that we take data protection seriously, and your information will only be shared with third parties where they abide by applicable data protection legislation. For more information, please view our privacy policy.

  • Do you take phone orders?
    Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to take phone orders.

  • How many days does delivery usually take?
    Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow one business day for processing. Orders are shipped directly from our brands. Please check the product page for shipping policies of each brand and product. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays due to inclement weather or other unforeseen events.

  • Which forms of payment does accept?
    We currently accept Visa, Mastercard andAmerican Express. Our payment gateway Razorpay provides support for International transactions. We support all major international cards and 92 currencies including USD, EUR, GBP, SGD, AED.

  • Which size should I choose?
    All products are sold by the international sizing scheme used by the designer. To convert this to your usual size, simply click on the 'size chart' link which you will find on every product page.

  • How do I know if an item is in stock?
    All items are in stock unless ‘OUT OF STOCK’ is displayed. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order.

  • Can I add items to an existing order?
    Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order.

  • Can I track my order?
    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number.

  • How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?
    Product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties.
