Browse: Search with key words, or peruse through our carefully curated collections of outstanding products and designer labels. Our seasonal edits bring you, our favourite shoppers, special collections to always stay trendy.
Add to Cart: Choose your favourite items and add them to your shopping cart. Don’t worry, you can edit, remove and replace items in your shopping cart before you make your final purchase.
Checkout: Once you’ve finalized everything you want to buy, simply click checkout and the site will prompt you to fill in all the information it needs to complete your shopping experience. Your products will be delivered to your indicated address in 1 to 3 weeks.

- Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
A customer account is not required for placing an order. However, register with us and you will be able to track your orders, review past purchases, add items you like to your wish list and save your address.
- How do I create an account?
You may click on the account icon on top right corner to create a customer account.
- How do I reset my password?
If you have forgotten your password, request a link to reset it or follow the ‘Forgotten password’ instructions on the ‘Sign In’ page.
- How do I change my password?
You may log in by selecting Account icon on the upper right hand corner. Select Account from the menu. Under Account Information select Change Password.
- How can I change or cancel an order?
We will not be able to make additions, changes, or cancellations to an order once it has been placed. You are requested to please check the product page for the item you are purchasing to see if said brand offers any returns or has any return policy. In this case, please contact the brand directly on the contact information provided to initiate a request or any clarification that you may have with the said brand.
- Does designoneonline.com ship internationally?
We currently deliver within India only, however for international shipping please contact the brands directly for any necessary information and to make arrangements in this regard.
- Is my personal information kept private?
- Do you take phone orders?
Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to take phone orders.
- How many days does delivery usually take?
Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding (bank/national/state) holidays. Please allow one business day for processing. Orders are shipped directly by our brands. Please check the product page for delivery policies of each brand and product (as they may differ from brand to brand). We cannot be responsible for any unanticipated delays due to inclement weather or any other unforeseen events or force-majeure.
- Which forms of payment does designoneonline.com accept?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard andAmerican Express. Our payment gateway Razorpay provides support for International transactions. We support all major international cards and 92 currencies including USD, EUR, GBP, SGD, AED.
- Which size should I choose?
All products are sold by the international sizing scheme used by the designer. To convert this to your usual size, simply click on the 'size chart' link which you will find on every product page.
- How do I know if an item is in stock?
All items are in stock unless ‘OUT OF STOCK’ is displayed. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order and payment transaction is completed.
- Can I add items to an existing order?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order.
- Can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details along with a tracking number.
- How much duty and taxes will I have to pay?
Product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties.
- How do I opt out of marketing?You can also opt out of email marketing by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails. For any other marketing communication, please write to us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
